L-Arginine And Proanthocyanidin Granules
What is L-Arginine?
L-Arginine is a non-essential amino acid it’s a precursor to nitric oxide
In simple terms when you have L-arginine it will help your body make nitric oxide ( most important ingredient used by pre-workout supplement companies ).
Basic work of nitric oxide is vasodilation of your blood vessels – expand your blood vessels.
Therefore, the quantity of blood flowing will increase hence more vascularity and pump while working out.
Now, this pouch of L-Arginine also contains Proanthocyanidin Granules – Which is an anti-oxidant it has it’s health benefits.
According to research, It helps in reducing estrogen and increases growth Harmon (1).
How to consume L-Arginine.
It contains 3 grams L-Arginine.
A beginner who has just started exercising should consume only 1-1.5 grams of L-Arginine.
And Intermediate or athletes who have been exercising from 2-3 years can consume 2-3 grams of L-Arginine.
Mix it with water- for 1-1.5 grams use about 300 ml of water, for 2-3 grams mix with 500 ml of water.

When you mix it with water, some granules settle at the bottom of your bottle which are Proanthocyanidin Granules.
It tastes bitter, But it is also available in different flavours in market.
Tip – Do not consume pre-workout every day, if you are using some other branded pre-workout or L-Arginine use it only when in need like when you are feeling low in energy.
